dreamBuilders is made up of passionate experts that are able to offer integrated services for your residential and commercial projects. We manage everything from the construction and plan development to interior design.

Carlos Madrazo has been involved in the development and construction of real estate projects in San Diego for 16 years. His projects span from remodels to the construction of multi-housing projects. Carlos focuses on value construction, while managing costs for his clients. He holds a California General Contractor Class B license.​
